A band is an honest range
Where you land inside it depends on what we actually find. We tell you which end you’re at before you agree to anything, not after.
The written quote is fixed
Once it’s on paper it doesn’t move. If we misjudged the work, that is ours to absorb — you already said yes to a number.
Nothing starts without a yes
Not a scale, not a filling, not an X-ray. If you want to go away and think about it for a year, that is a completely normal thing to do.
Or stop counting altogether.
The Northlight Plan spreads routine care across the year so a check-up never has to compete with a bill. It is not insurance and we don’t sell it as one — it is the everyday-care column of this page, paid monthly, with the rest discounted.
Children under 12 are free on a parent’s plan. Cancel with a month’s notice, in writing or by phone — we won’t ask you to sit through a retention call.
