New patients
Your first visit, minute by minute
Forty-five minutes, £59, and nothing treated on the day unless you ask. Most new patients are seen within five working days.
What happens, in order
-
Pick a time
Choose the appointment, the clinician and a slot online, or ring the desk. We confirm by text within the hour.
-
Talk first
Five minutes sitting upright in the room, before anything happens. You set the pace.
-
See what we see
X-rays and photographs on the screen beside you, explained in plain words.
-
Take the plan home
A written, itemised quote with no expiry date. Nothing starts until you say yes.
What to bring
- A list of any medicines you take, or the boxes
- Your previous dentist’s name, if you remember it
- Headphones, if music helps
- Someone to sit with you, if you would like
Six spaces behind the building off Quay Lane; the parade is free after 6pm.
What the first year usually costs
For someone coming back after a long gap: the £59 exam, two hygiene visits at £72 and two or three white fillings at £145 — around £500 to £650, spread over as many visits as you like. Anything over £500 can go on 0% finance.
Or put it on the planSeen within the week, usually sooner
Book the exam online, or start with a free talk-only visit if you would rather see the room first.
